IN-SHOP SERVICE... We still provide in-shop service for most of your business machines. Drop off your broken business machines for the repairs they may need.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS... Rosa’s Office Machine Division offers complete coverage for most business machines. Our full service maintenance contracts are an economical way to insure against unforeseen repair bills and unproductive down time. Allow us to provide you with a full service maintenance contract which covers… ALL LABOR – Normally the biggest expenses in upkeep of business machines, all labor costs are included. UNLIMITED CALLS - If heavy usage of business equipment generates a need for extra service, you may call us as many times as necessary. CALL ASSISTANCE - A quick call to one of our technicians can often solve your problem without having to wait for service. ALL TRAVEL TIME AND MILEAGE – Normally overlooked in Maintenance Agreements. Under our agreement, Rosa’s absorbs all these expenses.
